5PM SUNDAY EVENING

 

People of all ages come along each week to hear the Bible read and explained, sing uplifting songs, pray, and meet with friends to encourage one another. At Dalkeith Anglican we have two Sunday services.

 

The 5pm Evening Church service is a more contemporary style service, designed to relate the message and love of Christ in a modern context. The structure and tone of the service is more informal, and the singing of contemporary songs and classic hymns is lead by a band. Our focus remains the reading and preaching of the Bible, that we all might grow in maturity in Christ. Kids Church for school-aged children runs every week.  

 

Most weeks 5pm Church is followed by dinner in the church hall where we continue fellowship together.
