PRAYER & CARE

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Philippians 4:6–7

We understand that life for all people is characterised not only by highs, joys and successes, but also by lows, sadnesses, and disappointments. In fact, though we often like to hide it, for many of us the latter outweigh the former. The Bible assures us that through Jesus we can have confidence to approach God our Father in heaven in prayer, knowing that he hears us and will answer in accordance with what is for our good.

If You'd Like Prayer

If you would like to meet for discussion and prayer, one of our pastoral team will gladly be available.

Alternatively, we have a prayer team who especially pray for the sick and those who have serious emotional and physical illness, and you may wish to have your name added to those regularly prayed for.

Please fill in the contact form to get in touch. Confidentiality is respected.

Prayer Groups Before Sunday Services

Half an hour before the 9am and 5pm service people meet in the crèche (at the back of the church) for prayers. We encourage members to come early and pray.
